We are seeking a diligent Quality Technician to uphold and maintain superior quality standards within our food manufacturing facility. You will be integral in ensuring product compliance and safety while contributing to our commitment to high-quality, organic products.
Responsibilities
+ Conduct line clearance to verify that lines are clear before startup.
+ Perform equipment swabbing after sanitation procedures.
+ Execute quality audits for each production line throughout shifts.
+ Document in-line process check results for each production run according to pre-approved specifications.
+ Report any Out of Specification (OOS) or non-conformance issues to production and management.
+ Ensure immediate corrective actions are implemented before startup for any non-conformance.
+ Label and store non-compliant products in designated areas, following the MRB process.
