The Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Laboratory Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring product integrity and compliance with customer requirements. This position supports both internal operations and customer-facing initiatives through rigorous testing, documentation, and collaboration with technical and sales teams.
Responsibilities
+ Conduct material testing and release processes by sampling, testing, and approving incoming raw materials and finished products to meet specifications and customer requirements.
+ Provide support for manufacturing areas, including blending and mixing batches of product as needed.
+ Perform routine and advanced quality tests, including appearance, specific gravity, pH, and refractive index measurements, as well as coating weight and adhesion testing.
