QA Engineer Process Specialist
Term: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
The QA Engineer Process Specialist ensures products and processes meet high standards of quality, reliability, and performance in a manufacturing environment focused on cosmetics or food sectors. This hands-on role involves collaborating with R&D and production teams to industrialise new formulas, control manufacturing processes for liquids and solids, and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities include conducting industrial tests, setting process parameters, analysing manufacturing risks, implementing GMP systems, and managing sanitary measures to prevent contamination.
University degree in chemical engineering, laboratory sciences, or quality (higher degree preferred).
Good English level (B2-C1, test required).
Field-oriented, collaborative, with expertise in GMP, risk analysis, and process optimisation.
Collect formulas, perform industrial tests, monitor processes, and set parameters for factory implementation.
Collaborate with R&D and departments to industrialise new formulas and control liquid/solid manufacturing.
