Our Client, an AV Manufacturing company, is looking for a Quality Technician for their Hayward, CA location.
Responsibilities:
Read technical drawings and CAD to understand part design and intended assemblyCommunicate with cross-functional teams to facilitate root cause analysisDevelop and document troubleshooting techniquesWork with Manufacturing Engineering to identify and communicate trendsCreate and update quality documentsDevelop training plans for inspection, quality standards, and quality alerts. Requirements:Associates Degree with - years of experience as a quality technician or HS Diploma/GED with - years of experience as a quality technicianAbility to read technical drawings and understand CAD modelsBroad technical background in mechanical and electrical systemsExperience performing root cause analysis
