Job Description

The Quality Technician is responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards. The role involves performing line clearance, equipment swabbing, and quality audits across production lines. The technician will document process check results, report any out-of-specification issues, and ensure corrective actions are completed promptly.

Responsibilities

  • Verify that production lines are clear before startup.
  • Perform equipment swabbing after sanitation.
  • Conduct quality audits on each production line throughout the shift.
  • Document in-line process check results according to pre-approved specifications.
  • Report any Out of Specification (OOS) or non-conformance issues to production.
  • Ensure immediate corrective action is completed before startup for any non-conformance.
  • Label and store non-compliant products following the MRB process.
