Title: Quality Technician Position Summary: This position is responsible for supporting quality improvement in production through final product audits, investigating quality issues brought forward by the line and determining departments responsible for the respective non-conformances.Key Accountabilities: 
  • Perform final product audits. This includes visual inspections using a Quality checklist.
  • Investigate quality issues brought forward by production and determine which department is responsible for the respective non-conformances. 
  • Place Red-Tags on non-conforming products as needed to alert staff that they are not to be used in production.
  • Create Quality Notifications in SAP to record non-conformances and assign actions to respective departments.
  • Participate as a team member in problem solving exercises.
