**Job Title: Quality Technician - 1st Shift**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated 1st shift Quality Technician responsible for performing quality inspections on the production floor. The role requires the use of precision measurement tools, maintaining tolerances of +/- .002, and effectively communicating inspection results during production runs. The technician will identify root causes, navigate issues in real-time, review and complete claim forms and schedules, and process returns. Additionally, the role involves taking pictures, documenting data, and compiling reports using Outlook. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate forklifts and overhead cranes as needed. Training will occur on the day shift.
