**Job Summary**
Ensure the material fulfill the established quality requirements, providing feedback to the departments and the client, report the detected problems and take action on the corrective measures.
**Quality Technician duties and responsabilities**:
- Responsible to monitoring the product and process quality. First contact on production lines to resolve problems.
- Analyze and provide a quick and effective solutions to quality problems, internal and external, reported by residents or client.
- Responsible on corrective actions, implementation to maintain on goal quality metrics stablished (Return rate, SCRAP, Rework).
