Job Description
Reporting to the site Quality Lead, the Quality Technician’s primary responsibility is to identify, analyze and report on materials, processes and products to ensure they meet customers’ quality standards and to ensure corrective action is implemented effectively to improve company performance. This is a 8 hour per day/ Monday - Friday day shift.
What You'll Do:
Ensure outgoing finished products meet quality standards through Quality Assurance inspection and audit process.Record inspection and audit data.Understand Process Control and perform Layer Process Audit.Preform Incoming Material Inspection.Facilitate, clarify and educate quality standards to production personnel.Ensure rework materials meet customer specifications.Investigate and work with DIRTT employees to reduce/eliminate defects & institute corrective actions. Perform measuring equipment calibration.
