Qualifications

  • Required to have Quality inspection experience (know how to use measuring tools e.g. caliper)
  • At least a SPM in any related field.
  • Must be willing to work in Prai, Penang and have own transport.
  • Able to understand technical drawings

Responsibilities

  1. Perform First Article Inspection report (FAI) and measurement.
  2. Perform daily incoming material, in-process and out-going measurement report.
  3. Support to engineer on quality failure investigation with measurement analysis data.
  4. Review and validate New Project Introduction (NPI) product which acquire inspection jig or fixture.
  5. Perform verification and monitoring to ensure all internal and external calibration inspection instrument and tools within the acceptance accuracy criteria.
