Responsibilities

  • Perform incoming check and verification of raw materials, customers supplied materials, sub-con operations and instruments:
  • Setting gauges and preparation/ issuing of inspection sheets and gauging procedures Dimensional verificationHardness checkMill Certificate VerificationVTI
  • Short term rental gauges
  • Perform final check on finished parts and routers/ documentation/ inspection sheet ensuring compliance to licensor’s/ customers’ requrements
  • Conduct scheduled daily phosphate titration test and monthly coupon test
  • Perform threading inserts verification
  • To raise Non-Conformance/ Incident Reports on discrepancy discovered
  • To conduct internal process audit
  • Responsible for maintaining the integrity of gauge room
  • Responsible for ensuring work is carried out in accordance with documented procedures
