Responsibilities
+ Comply with applicable FDA regulations and ISO requirements.
+ Adhere to the company Quality Management System (QMS).
+ Perform and document incoming, in-progress, and final product acceptance testing.
+ Create inspection documents and maintain the incoming inspection room.
+ Verify that documents required of suppliers, such as certificates of conformance and first article inspection results, are provided for incoming goods.
+ Use standard measuring instruments and gages for functional fit and dimensional checks.
+ Develop and maintain incoming inspection files and records.
+ Document in-house inspection results.
+ Update and maintain manufacturing product files upon final inspection and acceptance of products.
