Requirements

 Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality tests on Walnut based on parameters such as size, moisture content, out-turn, defect levels, and taste.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate reports on testing results, including quality scores.
  • Identify and document any quality issues, anomalies, or deviations from standard quality specifications.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure only high-grade Walnuts meet purchase standards.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Walnut procurement & operations
  • Must be fluent in Kashmiri, Urdu and English
  • He should be good at filling up the Excel sheet and documentation
  • Should be capable of handling all logistics-related documentation
  • Must be capable of managing labour and other local entities
  • Must understand the grading-related process for Walnut.
  • Must be able to work longer hours as per the requirement.
  • Must have his own bike for local movement.
  • Must be a local resident, no relocation allowed.
