Overview

As the Quality, Training and Clinical Governance Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the organisation maintains high standards of quality, compliance and clinical governance. You will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of a quality management system compliant with ISO 15189, supporting ongoing accreditation with the National Association of Testing Authorities (NATA).

In this role, you will lead the development and oversight of staff training and competency frameworks, working closely with department leaders to ensure structured training programs and continuous professional development opportunities are in place. You will provide governance oversight, ensure regulatory compliance and foster a culture of quality, accountability and continuous improvement across the organisation.
