I. Job Summary

The Quality, Training & Development Specialist is responsible for driving quality assurance, training and developmental initiatives, and document control management to support operational excellence and regulatory compliance. As a subject matter expert, the qualified candidate must ensure that employees are equipped with the right skills, existing processes meet the ISO and IATA standards, and all quality documentation is properly maintained.

II. Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Leads the assessment of training needs, designs programs, and delivers sessions to ensure participants gain the required skills and knowledge effectively.
  2. Develops training materials, identifies trainers/SMEs, and manages logistical and documentation requirements for effective program delivery.
  3. Ensures compliance with ISO, IATA, and internal standards by conducting audits, reviews, and risk assessments.
