Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Quality Workplace Coach (level 4) to join the 737 Quality Workplace Coaches team located in Seattle or Renton, Washington. This position is for either 1st or 2nd Shift and will be determined after the interview.

We are looking for an outgoing and knowledgeable Quality Workplace Coach who is passionate about coaching, motivating, and inspiring others. In this role, you will support quality inspectors and oversee Structured On-The-Job activities. The ideal candidate will be Subject Matter Expert (SME) in various inspection methods and quality processes, with current hands-on experience and up-to-date proficiency in Non-Conformance Record (NCR) writing.
