The Role
* Collaborate closely with the trading desk to design and develop pricing and risk management platforms for equity derivatives products.
* Assist in creating and optimizing business processes and associated platforms.
* Perform in-depth data analysis, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to aid decision-making.
* Engage daily with multidisciplinary teams, including traders, sales, operations, risk management, finance, and technology departments.
Your Profile
* A strong academic background in a quantitative discipline, such as mathematics, physics, computer science, engineering, or quantitative finance.
* 1-6 years of experience in quantitative analysis or development. Experience with OTC derivatives or system development is advantageous.
* Proficient programming skills in modern languages such as Python, with familiarity in object-oriented programming principles.
* Exceptional analytical and modeling capabilities.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to operate efficiently and independently under high-pressure conditions.
