Quant Developer / Infrastructure Engineer (Remote)

Pegasus Global Industries (PGI) is building a next-generation algorithmic trading platform. We are seeking a Lead Quant Developer to own the infrastructure, execution, and system design side of our trading operations. This role is the foundation of our trading engine and will set the standards for how strategies are tested, deployed, and monitored at scale.

Core Responsibilities

• Design and maintain low-latency, scalable trading infrastructure.
• Build and manage order management systems (OMS), smart order routing (SOR), and risk/monitoring controls.
• Develop robust backtesting and simulation frameworks with realistic assumptions (fees, latency, slippage, queue position).
• Integrate APIs from crypto (CEX/DEX), equities, futures, and options exchanges.
• Ensure safe and reliable transition from paper to live trading environments (e.g., testnets → canary → production).
