Role Overview

Our client is a quant hedge fund expanding its global footprint and is actively hiring a Managing Director, Portfolio Manager and Head of Business to lead and build out the Singapore office. This is a strong opportunity to lead a sizable portfolio while hiring and building out a team of leading alpha generating quant researchers.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations

• Lead and build out the Singapore office, including hiring and managing a team of senior quant researchers.
• Oversee the development and execution of macro systematic strategies across the mid‑frequency range.
• Design and implement statistical, systematic relative‑value or event‑driven strategies to achieve high Sharpe and high returns.
• Collaborate with senior management to align product and strategy objectives with the firm’s investment goals.
