Junior Quant Developer (1+ yrs) - Onsite or Fully Remote - Up to £250k total comp
Fully remote high-frequency trader

Working next to researchers and traders in a front office capacity
The team is seeking top talent to work on ultra-low latency trading infrastructure, capable of picosecond-level trading across multiple asset classes, including digital assets.
The team includes elite Kaggle Grandmasters and ICPC/IOI competitors, using advanced ML models in live production with microwave towers.
Operating in a semi-pod structure, they have centralised research for backtesting, data, and execution, with teams working in collaborative silos. They offer fast feedback loops and very tangible results for work.
