What you’ll actually do (aka the fun part):

  • Turn terabytes of messy market data into smart trading ideas
  • Build and tweak trading models that go live in real markets
  • Use math, stats, and code to spot patterns others miss
  • Work closely with traders and see your ideas perform in real time

Who you are:

  • Strong at problem-solving (Engineering / Math / CS; IITs a plus)
  • Comfortable with Linux and writing code (C/C++ preferred)
  • Curious, analytical, and obsessed with finding “why”
  • New to markets? Totally fine. Eager to learn? Mandatory.
