Quantity Survey & Cost Control Engineer – Electrical

Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyze construction plans for Electrical, Electronics, FDAS & All Auxiliary Trades and prepare quantity requirements
• Prepare or coordinate to Third-party CM for accuracy of cost estimates and budgets for construction projects, considering materials, labor, equipment, and other relevant factors
• Prepare and review contract documents, including scope of work, conditions of contracts, and variations
• Take accurate quantity measurements from design drawings and specifications
• Prepare bill quantities and schedules of rates for tendering procurement purposes
• Liaise with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors
• Prepare reports, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other documents as required
• Document any changes in design and update budgets accordingly
• Travel to various sites as required
