Quantity Surveying Manager

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveying Manager to lead a team in tendering for building works projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in quantity surveying, tender management, and team leadership. You'll be responsible for driving tender submissions, managing QS teams, and ensuring projects are pursued with accurate pricing and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead tender teams for building works projects, overseeing QS inputs, pricing, and submission.
· Manage and develop Junior/Executive/Senior QS.
· Coordinate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors for tender clarifications and queries.
· Ensure tender submissions are accurate, compliant, and meet client requirements.
· Develop and implement tender strategies, risk assessments, and pricing approaches.
· Monitor tender pipeline, forecast, and report on tender outcomes.
