Our Clients are hiring Senior and Intermediate Quantity Surveyors to manage cost and contractual matters across the Main Contract and Sub-Contracts for a large-scale building project. You will drive rigorous cost control, accurate quantity measurement, clear documentation, and effective stakeholder coordination to achieve safe, timely, and cost-efficient delivery.

Job Responsibilities

Measurement & Claims

• Perform accurate quantity take-offs & re-measurements for progress payment claims, variation orders (VOs), and final accounts.
• Review & validate subcontractor/supplier claims, measurements, and as-built quantities.
