Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: South West (Bristol)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent with time split between home, office and site.
Salary: £60,000 plus car or allowance
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic Commercial team responsible for delivering high-quality residential developments on budget and on schedule. You'll play a key role in cost-effective building, overseeing commercial and surveying responsibilities for a designated site.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all commercial and surveying aspects on site, ensuring budgets and valuations are effectively controlled and cost targets are met.
Maintain and update cost control procedures, including monthly cost reconciliation and cash-flow analysis.
Contribute to early-stage design options to ensure projects remain within budget.
Prepare tenders, procure sub-contractors and materials, and handle subcontractor recommendations.
