Overview

We are urgently seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join a leading consultancy servicing projects in the resources and infrastructure sector. This role is ideal for someone based in Adelaide or open to relocating, with a strong background in cost management, tender evaluation, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Bills of Quantities and remeasure works for remeasurement-type contracts.
• Review tender submissions and prepare evaluation and recommendation reports.
• Assess drawings, specifications, and design changes to identify commercial impacts.
• Prepare and manage variation and claim documentation.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and support risk mitigation strategies.
• Assist in procurement and subcontract management activities.
• Maintain accurate contract and cost records to support project reporting.
