Quantity Surveyor

As a Quantity Surveyor with Wormall Civil, you’ll provide professional cost and contract management services for land development, road and civil infrastructure projects across the Perth Metro and Southwest WA regions.

We’re actively looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor, Quantity Surveyors, and an Assistant Quantity Surveyor.

Working under the direction of the Commercial Lead, you’ll contribute to the delivery of projects on time, within budget and in compliance with company and statutory requirements.

What will your day look like:

• Preparation and maintenance of cost plans, budgets and cashflow forecasts at all project stages.
• Prepare and review tender documentation, evaluate bids and make recommendations for award.
• Identify and analyse the cost and time impact of design changes, delays and risks.
