Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a meticulous and commercially minded Quantity Surveyor to join our team. You will be responsible for procurement planning, as well as financial and contractual management of construction projects from inception to completion. Your primary role is to ensure proper processes are in place, costs and risks are effectively controlled, and projects are delivered within stipulated cost, time, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Prepare initial cost estimates, feasibility studies, and detailed budgets for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Tender Management: Prepare and analyse tender documents, including the Bill of Quantities (BoQ) , and manage the procurement process.
• Tender Evaluation: Perform tender evaluation process, prepare and present Tender Evaluation report to the various committees if and when required.
