Quantity Surveyor – Main Contracting / Social Housing

Essex (commutable distance required)
Hybrid working – 1 day WFH (Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday)

We are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor with a background in main contracting and social housing to join a growing commercial team delivering live refurbishment and maintenance projects across Essex and surrounding areas.

This role would suit a self-sufficient QS with at least 2 years' experience, capable of managing their own workload and contributing to the commercial performance of projects from early stages through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Commercial management of live projects within a main contracting / social housing environment
• Preparation and submission of CVRs
• Management of cost variations and change control
• Cash flow forecasting and ongoing cost reporting throughout project delivery
