Purpose of Role

We’re recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support our military framework agreement across Oxfordshire.

Job Description

The Quantity Surveyor would be responsible for managing the delivery and governance of commercial services across multiple military bases, barracks and offices. They will regularly review pricing on commercial refurbishments ensuring target costs are met, reviewing contractual agreement with our subcontractors, handle commercial management issues and engage with the end client directly.
