Quantity Surveyor – Buckinghamshire – Data Centre
We are currently partnering with a leading Contractor who are active across the UK and Europe. Demonstrating success in an array of sectors including but not limited to, Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Energy and many more. Due to continued success, they are looking to further strengthen their team with an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Buckinghamshire.
Responsibilities
Commercial Management of Work Packages
Take full commercial responsibility for allocated construction packages, ensuring effective cost control from procurement through to final account.
Contract Administration
Administer subcontract agreements in line with contractual requirements, managing valuations, variations, payment notices, and commercial correspondence.
Cost Reporting & Forecasting
Prepare and present accurate monthly cost reports, forecasts, and cashflows, highlighting risks, opportunities,...
