Key Responsibilities

• Cost Control: Set up project budgets and audit all purchase requests to prevent overspending.
• Claims Management: Verify and certify subcontractor progress claims, variation orders, and payment certificates.
• Financial Reporting: Lead monthly sales forecasts and provide real-up-to-date project costing reports.
• Operations: Support Project Managers with subcontracting issues and drive ERP system improvements.
• Compliance: Ensure all departments follow consistent QS policies and manage retention payments.

Requirements

• Education: Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 1-3 years in the construction industry.
• Skills: Advanced MS Excel proficiency and strong communication skills.
• Attributes: High-pressure deadline management and strong teamwork
