Key Responsibilities
- Cost Control: Set up project budgets and audit all purchase requests to prevent overspending.
- Claims Management: Verify and certify subcontractor progress claims, variation orders, and payment certificates.
- Financial Reporting: Lead monthly sales forecasts and provide real-up-to-date project costing reports.
- Operations: Support Project Managers with subcontracting issues and drive ERP system improvements.
- Compliance: Ensure all departments follow consistent QS policies and manage retention payments.
Requirements
- Education: Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 1-3 years in the construction industry.
- Skills: Advanced MS Excel proficiency and strong communication skills.
