 Cost Estimation & Budgeting – Ability to prepare cost estimates and manage project

finances.

 Tendering & Contract Management – Experience in preparing BOQs (Bills of Quantities),

tender documentation, and procurement.

 Construction Technology – Understanding of materials, methods, and modern construction

techniques.

 Software Proficiency:

o CostX (for cost estimation)

o AutoCAD (for reviewing plans)

o Primavera / MS Project (for project scheduling)

o SAP / ERP Systems (for procurement and financial management)
