Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for railway projects.
  • Perform quantity take-off and prepare cost breakdowns for materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate measurement and costing of project activities.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to gather data for cost evaluation.
  • Analyze project specifications and drawings to identify potential cost savings and value engineering opportunities.
  • Manage and monitor project budgets and cash flows.
  • Prepare and submit claims and variations to clients and subcontractors.
  • Provide regular cost reports and updates to project management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying.
  • 1-2 years of experience in quantity surveying for railway/trackwork projects.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
