We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support our commercial team in managing cost control, contracts, procurement, and project financial performance

Salary: Up tp $4800 per month with up to 2 months bonus
Working hour: 5.5 days

• Prepare and submit progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts
• Evaluate and process progress payments and subcontractor claims
• Assist the Commercial Manager in contract administration and dispute resolution
• Conduct quantity take-offs, site measurements, and cost assessments
• Monitor and track project variations, claims, and cost performance
