Quantity Surveyor (Tender / Project | Entry to Senior Level)


Location: Across Singapore
Employment Type: Full-time
Level: Entry / Intermediate / Senior

Salary Range: $3k-$6k (Basic)

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies for tenders and projects
  • Handle pre-contract duties including quantity take-offs, pricing, tender evaluation, and bid submissions
  • Manage post-contract activities such as progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts
  • Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BQ) and contract documents
  • Monitor project costs, cash flow, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle
  • Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams
  • Evaluate quotations and recommend subcontractor awards
