Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review cost estimates, tender submissions, and progress claims
• Monitor project budgets, variations, and contract compliance
• Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and consultants on cost-related matters
• Conduct quantity take-offs and material measurements
• Support procurement and contract administration

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Familiarity with BCA regulations and local construction practices will be advantageous
