An opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join an Chelmsford based Residential Groundworks Business on their commercial team. The client has had continual growth with many upcoming tenders and is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team to help expand the business. With a turnover of £60m which is likely to increase in 2025 the business is expanding into the Commercial Groundworks as well as their longstanding projects within Residential Groundworks.
