Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to support our project and commercial team. This role provides hands-on exposure to project coordination, documentation, reporting, and cost control, with guidance from the Project Manager and senior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Report to Project Manager and support project operations

Assist in daily work scheduling and coordination of site workers

Support project coordination with main contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders

Assist supervisors with documentation and coordination matters

Help with planning, scheduling, and coordination with customers, building owners, and workers

Assist in preparation and maintenance of as-built documentation

Prepare weekly and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel

Assist in cost tracking, estimates, procurement documentation, and data entry

Perform other ad-hoc dutie...
