Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong expertise to join our growing team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare & review BOQs, cost estimates, and budgets
  • Manage contracts, variations, and claims
  • Monitor project costs and ensure compliance with budgets
  • Carry out quantity take-offs using AutoCAD & PlanSwift
  • Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Provide commercial and cost advice to project management
  • Prepare progress claims, reports, and final accounts
  • Mentor and guide junior QS staff

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in UAE
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD & PlanSwift software
  • Proficiency in cost management and contract administration FIDIC
