Job Summary

Reporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor / Managing Quantity Surveyor, this position requires someone with a proven track record in delivering commercially sound Civil Engineering schemes. The ideal candidate will have come from a main contracting background and will have had extensive experience within Civil Engineering via a Main Contractor.

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for detailed cost control and recovery of value on the project, either by themselves or by effective management of staff resources. The successful candidate will have experience in the administration of NEC Contracts.
