Quantity Surveyor – Structural & Civil Works

I. Overview of the Position

The Quantity Surveyor – Structural & Civil Works is responsible for accurate quantity take‑offs, preparation of Bills of Materials (BOM), General Material Quantities (GMQ), rebar cutting lists / Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), unit rate derivation, mark‑up computation, cost control, progress billing, and commercial management for all structural and civil works. The role ensures that quantities, rates, and mark‑ups are technically sound, commercially competitive, contract compliant, system‑based, and auditable, supporting both project execution and profitability.
