Responsibilities:

  • Prepare budget estimates including quantity take-off, material sourcing, subcontractor outsourcing, and costing analysis
  • Support tender and quotation preparation, including Bills of Quantities (BQ), variation orders, and cost planning activities
  • Liaise with suppliers and project teams to support budget control and material management based on project requirements
  • Coordinate procurement of materials, tools, and equipment required for site operations and project execution
  • Monitor cost updates and ensure pricing information is accurate and properly documented
  • Assist in maintaining procurement records and supporting project documentation as required
