Responsibilities

  • Manage post-contract and site QS activities including valuation of work done, interim and final accounts
  • Assess and prepare claims, variations, and variation orders
  • Monitor and control project costs during construction to ensure budget compliance
  • Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and designers on architectural, structural, and M&E works
  • Prepare and review cost reports for accurate financial tracking
  • Evaluate subcontractor works, progress claims, and payments
  • Support value engineering and cost optimisation initiatives
  • Ensure cost efficiency and value for money throughout the construction phase
