Job Description

Pre-Contract and Estimation

  • Prepare detailed cost plans, budget estimates, and feasibility studies for new projects.

  • Conduct cost analysis of design drawings and specifications.

  • Assist in the preparation of tender and contract documents , including Bills of Quantities (BOQ).

  • Evaluate and scrutinize tenders received from contractors or subcontractors.

Post-Contract and Project Execution

  • Manage and administer the contractual arrangements of the project.

  • Perform quantity take-offs and prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for materials, labor, and services.

  • Conduct site measurements to verify the volume of work completed.

  • Prepare, evaluate, and certify progress payments and interim valuations for subcontractors and suppliers.
