Quantity Surveyor | Cost Planner | Estimator

The Role

This is an opportunity to work closely with our Estimating, Development, Design and Construction teams , contributing meaningfully to project outcomes from early feasibility through to delivery.

You will be involved early in the design process, providing informed cost advice, developing robust cost plans and estimates, and supporting sound commercial decision-making across a range of high-profile mixed-use residential and commercial office developments.

This role offers genuine exposure to senior leadership, including Directors of the business, and the opportunity to influence both project outcomes and internal commercial processes.
