Role Overview

Apurvakriti Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced MEPF Engineering Manager to lead and manage Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting (MEPF) engineering activities across infrastructure and building projects. The role involves design coordination, execution oversight, contractor management, and ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and timelines.


Key Responsibilities:

Design & Engineering

  • Review, coordinate, and approve MEPF designs, drawings, and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant IS codes, NBC, local authority norms, and project requirements.
  • Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other consultants for integrated design development.
  • Lead value engineering initiatives to optimize cost, quality, and system performance.

Project Execution & Site Management

  • Oversee MEPF execution at project sites ensuring adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
  • Monitor installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of all MEPF systems.
  • Resolve site-related technical issues and provide engineering solutions in real time.
  • Conduct regular site visits across Delhi NCR and other project locations as required.

Vendor & Contractor Management

  • Evaluate, appoint, and manage MEPF contractors and suppliers.
  • Review BOQs, technical submittals, method statements, and shop drawings.
  • Coordinate with procurement teams for material approvals and technical clarifications.
  • Monitor contractor performance, quality, and compliance with safety standards.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure implementation of QA/QC procedures for all MEPF works.
  • Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and liaison with fire authorities when required.
  • Support statutory inspections, testing, and certifications.

Project Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with project managers to align MEPF schedules with overall project timelines.
  • Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and status updates for management.
  • Support project close-out activities including as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and system training.


Eligibility & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in MEPF design and execution.
  • Must have successfully completed at least 2 projects (Residential, Commercial, or Infrastructure).
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and allied systems.
  • Hands-on experience in site execution, coordination, and commissioning.
  • Familiarity with IS Codes, NBC, Fire Norms, and local authority regulations.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and standard MEP design / coordination tools.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to project sites.
