Job Description

+ Prepare and update cost estimates, budget forecasts, and cost plans across all project phases.

+ Assist in the preparation and evaluation of Bills of Quantities (BoQs), pricing schedules, and tender documentation.

+ Support contract administration activities in line with FIDIC and Ashghal contract formats.

+ Perform quantity take-offs and verify contractor measurements and valuations.

+ Prepare interim payment applications and support in certifying contractor payments.

+ Track and manage project variations, changes, and claims.

+ Provide support in claims assessment and dispute resolution processes.

+ Maintain cost control systems and prepare regular commercial reports.

+ Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams on all commercial matters.

+ Ensure proper documentation, cost records, and contract correspondence are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
