Job Responsibilities:

Quantity Surveyor

  • Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimates for tender submissions and ongoing projects.
  • Source, liaise with, and negotiate terms with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Prepare and analyze cost comparisons, and develop and monitor project budgets.
  • Draft, review, and award subcontracts for projects.
  • Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, and handle settlement of final accounts and variation orders (VOs).
  • Assess subcontractors' progress claims, issue payment responses, and process final payments.
  • Prepare all necessary submission and project documentation.
  • Attend site meetings on a weekly or monthly basis as required by project architects.
