Quantity Surveyor (Drainage & water network)

The Quantity Surveyor will work on projects involving stormwater & drainage, flood alleviation, wastewater networks, water distribution networks and pumping station recycling plant. The role will include investigations, planning, design, tendering, contract administration, construction supervision and monitoring. Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

• Prepare and manage cost planning, quantity take‑offs and bills of quantities for estimating, tender and contract document production.
• Produce reports and evaluate/negotiated claims, including variations and new rates.
• Assist the Resident Engineer on commercial matters and prepare/submit interim payment applications to maximize cashflow.
• Coordinate to ensure contractual requirements are complied with and subcontract final accounts agreed.
